It is VACATION time :)

So, I finally found a new loft.  I am VERY excited.  I am just waiting to make sure everything goes thru properly.  So, let's keep the fingers crossed.  Everyone at work was making fun of me because I am so picky.  I have been looking forever.  And, you know how I feel about settling.  I needed to get that gut vibe that it is right for me.  And, this loft is.  There is a rooftop deck that you can see everything.  And, it has the swankster furniture where you can BBQ on the roof.  It is walking distance to theatre's, Nicolett, The Guthrie, the Farmer's Market, the Metrodome, the light rail, etc.  I did like one other place A LOT.  It was in the old Union Station building in St. Paul.  But, I had decided to make the Minny jump.  How lucky are we to have 2 great downtowns?  Both great for different reasons.  And, I didn't want to still be living right next to Excel during the Republican convention.  (I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit just thinking about it).  So, that is settled.  And now I can focus on my vacation.

I did almost do a last 2nd Israel trip, then they had a cheap Dublin trip, too.  However, I would be traveling myself.  I decided to put the big yearly trip on hold until Aug or Sept.  Or, I might do 2 seperate big trips later in the year.  I am going out of town tomorrow.  And, I CANNOT wait.  I do not like being in the same town I work in while I am on vacation.  I have been here for 2 work days, and it is driving me crazy.

I wish I had more to talk about.  I am just catching up on some reading, getting ready for the fam to visit me next week, and doing laundry.  Jane...I am going to hang with your sis next week, too.  I am very excited.
